Gaïa Ecolodge’s private pond is open to guests staying on the estate. No fishing licence is required. The pond is home mainly to common carp, koi carp and grass carp, as well as a few roach and black bass.
Fishing is strictly No Kill. To protect the fish, anglers must use barbless hooks and an unhooking mat.
Every catch must then be handled with care and returned to the water quickly.
